The Naya Community Guidelines define the rules and boundaries to ensure that our platform remains safe, welcoming, and fun for everyone. These guidelines apply to all broadcasters, viewers, and content posted within the app.

1. Respectful and Positive Conduct

All users must interact with mutual respect. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hate Speech: Any content promoting violence or inciting hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, nationality, or gender.
• Harassment and Bullying: Threatening, defaming, or intentionally embarrassing others in comments or streams.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or an official Naya representative for deceptive purposes.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

Any of the following content will lead to immediate account suspension and appropriate legal actions:

• Sexual or Adult Content: Complete ban on posting or streaming sexual, nude, or suggestive images/videos.
• Violence and Self-Harm: Depicting or encouraging physical violence, self-harm, or suicide.
• Illegal Activities: Promoting drugs, weapons, gambling, or financial scams.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect creators' rights. Do not stream or post copyrighted content that you do not own (such as broadcasting television channels, encrypted sports matches, or movies without authorization).

4. Enforcement and Penalties

Our moderation team monitors the platform 24/7. In case of violating these guidelines, we may:

• Issue an official warning to the user.
• Temporarily suspend the live stream or restrict specific features.
• Permanently ban the account and delete all associated data and coins.
